April 13, 2022, this Wednesday, is the International Day of Pink. In support of Pink Shirt day, we encourage all of you to wear pink shirts! This day is dedicated to standing up against the injustice of harassment and bullying, especially against minorities and those of the LGBTQ+ community.
Pink Day signifies unity, and it makes everyone feel welcomed and heard. This national campaign addresses issues concerning alienation, toxic masculinity, and homophobia.
It aims to eliminate bullying by embracing and celebrating diversity in all of its forms, as well as encouraging communities and schools to be safe, supportive, inviting, and inclusive of all individuals.
