It’s that time of year for the annual Terry Fox Walk! The event will take place on Wednesday, September 25th.
Leacock is also accepting donations for the Terry Fox Foundation in support of Cancer Awareness and Research. Each homeroom will have the chance to win a pizza party if they have the highest donation total.
Wednesday will be an Assembly Day Schedule. In period 2 (block B) students will report to class, then there will be a voice call by grade to proceed on the walk.
Teachers have a copy of the map, and the walk will take place between 10:05-11:10am, after which period 2 will continue.
Students: don’t forget to bring your tickets that your teacher will provide you with if you want to redeem it for a free hotdog lunch!
